Blanc de Noir Papaskarasi

Blanc de Noirs is nothing new if you are into Champagne or better quality fizzy stuff but it is something when a still wine is conceived via this method and that one is well madeint. Intense, fruity, subtle minerality on the nose, almost electrifying on the palate, grippy with an unrestrained sweetness that battles with the high acidity and obviously inherited tannins.
